Our Commitment to Original Content

Credit USA 24 produces original, research-based financial information and educational content for our readers. We do not intentionally publish copyrighted material without permission. All articles, guides, tables, and analyses published on our platform are either created by our team, licensed appropriately, or used under fair use guidelines for informational and educational purposes.

However, if you believe that any content on our website violates your copyright, we take your claim seriously. Please follow the process outlined below.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that material available on Credit USA 24 infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent. To be effective, the notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
  • Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL or location on Credit USA 24 where the material you claim is infringing appears. Please provide enough detail so we can locate it easily.
  • Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can reach you.
  • A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement of accuracy and authority: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

You can send your notice to our designated copyright agent at:

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to review and respond to your notice.

What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Make a good faith effort to contact the user or content contributor who posted the material (if applicable).
  • Notify the affected party about the removal and provide them with a copy of your notice.
  • Comply with counter-notification procedures if the affected party believes the material was removed by mistake.

We take copyright matters seriously. Repeat infringers may have their access to our platform terminated. We also reserve the right to publish any DMCA notice or counter-notice as required by law.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your counter-notification to the same email address: sohan@creditusa24.com. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Copyright Infringement and Third-Party Content

Credit USA 24 may occasionally link to external websites, reference publicly available information, or include quoted excerpts for commentary, criticism, or educational purposes. Such use is intended to be fair and within legal boundaries. If you believe that any such reference still infringes your rights, please contact us using the process described above.

We do not host or store copyrighted files such as PDFs, ebooks, or media without authorization. Our content primarily consists of original text, data tables, and analysis based on publicly available financial information and official sources.
